What does labor + materials mean?
We supply both the workforce and the materials according to the scope and specifications agreed in the quotation, so you do not have to arrange material purchases yourself.
How does payment work?
An initial deposit covers mobilization and first-stage materials; subsequent payments follow the progress or milestones agreed in the quotation.
Do I need construction drawings first?
Drawings and specifications make the quotation far more accurate. If your drawings are incomplete, we discuss the minimum requirements during the survey.
Can you continue a stalled project?
Yes. We survey the existing condition, check the work already installed, calculate the remaining scope, then quote to continue.
