Villa Construction in Bali: From Ground Up to Key Handover
We build villas in Bali from earthworks and foundations, structure, walls and roofing, finishing, through to the swimming pool and key handover. Scope, materials and payment stages are agreed at the start.
A villa builder working directly with owners
Building a villa in Bali is different from building an ordinary house. Sites are often on cliffs, rice fields or narrow lanes, most villas include a swimming pool, and many owners want the villa ready for rental as soon as possible. Manpower, materials and schedule have to be organised from day one.
Pemborong Villa Bali builds villas on a labor + materials basis. You deal with us directly rather than through layers of middlemen, so site decisions are faster and the scope stays clear.

What drives villa construction cost
Villa construction cost in Bali depends on floor area, material class, soil conditions, vehicle access and whether a swimming pool is included. Difficult access, such as narrow cliffside lanes or projects on Nusa Penida where materials must be shipped across, adds transport cost.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to build a villa in Bali per m²?
As an initial reference, labor + materials starts around IDR 4,290,000/m² for standard class up to IDR 17,160,000/m² for premium class. The exact figure is set after the survey, drawings and material specifications are clear.
Do I need construction drawings first?
Drawings and specifications make the quotation far more accurate. If your drawings are incomplete, we discuss the minimum requirements during the survey.
How do payments work?
An initial deposit covers mobilization and first-stage materials; further payments follow the progress or milestones agreed in the quotation.
Can you continue a stalled villa project?
Yes. We survey the existing condition, check the work already installed, calculate the remaining scope and quote to continue.
Is the swimming pool included?
The pool can be part of the same scope, from excavation and structure to waterproofing and pool finishing.
