Build quality is decided by the foreman and tradesmen on site. We provide experienced manpower for structural, civil and finishing works through to key handover, led by a foreman who organises the work every day.
What the foreman does on your project
The foreman (mandor) leads the tradesmen on site. He assigns daily tasks, keeps the work sequence correct, checks incoming materials and makes sure the work matches the drawings.
At Pemborong Villa Bali the foreman works within the quotation and scope already agreed. Owners do not need to manage individual workers; they follow progress and communicate with us directly.

For sites with difficult access, material transport is priced after the site survey.
